DAY 1 Arrival in Leh | Leh City Sightseeing Tour
Welcome to Leh, the heart of Ladakh! Upon arrival at Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. After checking in, take some time to relax, & then get ready to go out to explore Leh City. Visit the Leh Palace , a former royal palace offering amazing views of the city. Explore the local market and Shanti Stupa , a Buddhist white-domed stupa offering views of the surrounding mountains. End your day by transferring back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 2 Sham Valley Day Tour | Exploring the Culture of Ladakh
In the morning, go on a full-day tour of Sham Valley, also known as the "Apricot Valley." Visit the Hall Of Fame , a museum built in memory of the soldiers who lost their lives during the Indo-Pak wars. Continue to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib , a beautiful Sikh temple, and visit SECMOL, the school featured in the iconic Bollywood movie "3 Idiots". Experience the fascinating Magnetic Hill , where cars appear to resist gravity. Later, return to Leh for an overnight stay at your hotel.
DAY 3 Transfer from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass | Exploring the Cold Desert
Today get ready for a thrilling journey to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world at 17,582 feet. On arrival in Nubra Valley, often referred to as the "Valley of Flowers." Visit the Diskit Monastery, which houses a 106-foot-tall Maitreya Buddha statue. Explore the unique sand dunes of Hunder, where you can enjoy a camel ride on the double-humped Bactrian camels or ATV ride. Upon arriving in Nubra, you'll check-in at your camp for an overnight stay.
DAY 4 Transfer from Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso | Camping Under the Stars
After breakfast, depart for Pangong Tso, a stunning high-altitude lake situated at 14,270 feet. The journey takes you through Shyok Valley , offering mesmerising views of rugged mountains and serene landscapes. Upon arrival at Pangong Tso, be amazed by the lake's ever-changing hues of blue. Spend your afternoon exploring the lake’s shores, taking photographs, and enjoying the tranquillity of this remote location. In the evening, enjoy a campfire dinner and camp under the stars by the lake.
DAY 5 Transfer from Pangong Tso to Leh via Chang La Pass | Visiting the Real Rancho School
Check-out from the hotel and begin your journey back to Leh via the scenic Chang La Pass , the third-highest motorable road in the world. Take a break at the Chang La Baba Temple, a sacred sanctuary honouring the valiant soldiers. En route, visit the Thiksey Monastery with Druk Padma Karpo School, famously known as the "Rancho School". Explore the school & learn about its unique educational initiatives. Continue your journey & arrive in Leh by evening. Check-in to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 6 Stok Village Day Tour | Exploring the Ladakhi History
After breakfast, take a day tour to Stok Village, located about 15 km from Leh. Visit the Stok Palace and Museum, home to the royal family of Ladakh. Next, head to the Sindhu Ghat to enjoy the peaceful ambience and breathtaking views. Take a walk through the traditional Ladakhi village, witnessing local life and culture up close. You can also visit the Stok Monastery, a beautiful structure with vibrant murals and sculptures. Later, you'll return to the hotel with the group.
DAY 7 Departure
Check-out from your hotel and transfer to Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport for your departure flight. Bid farewell to the enchanting landscapes and rich culture of Ladakh, carrying home a treasure trove of unforgettable memories.
